Property is oceanfront. It has a variety of types of building accommodations.

It would have been nice to have an indoor restaurant. The 2 offerings were both outdoor /take away spaces which in Fall/Winter rainy conditions is not optimal. A hot tub option for apartment style would have been nice, too.

So close to the water. Great views from our suite. That it is dog friendly even though we left our fur baby at home. Kitchen is well stocked. The fire pits are a lovely bonus.

That there wasnโ€™t an in house sauna to use. After paying a fair chunk of money to stay for 3 days, if you want a sauna, there are two on site but you have to now pay another $200 / 2 hrs. Having access to a free sauna included would be extremely beneficial for the customers.

Loved the location of the property on Cox Bay. Loved our room with a wonderful view of the ocean. Spent time on our deck and in the front room watching the waves and the surfers
