An Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service! This hotel is truly exceptional, boasting a stylish and luxurious design right in the heart of downtown Beijing. Its location is perfect—just a scenic 20 to 25-minute walk to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. We stayed in a twin room on the 10th floor, which was incredibly spacious at 42 square meters. The beds were highly comfortable, and the large, wide windows offered an amazing view of the main street intersection below. Each morning, we enjoyed an excellent breakfast featuring a wide selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the front desk staff. They were fantastic, kind, and went above and beyond to help us with everything—from booking taxis and operating the currency exchange machine to handling matters outside of typical hotel services. They even helped us contact Air China to resolve a booking issue for our upcoming flight to Japan. We couldn’t have asked for better service!

Overall hotel is very good, but in general it is a bit tired and dated and would benefit from a refresh However as a tourist , the location is so good, you will likely out of the hotel for most of the day so the location is a real winner
