First the positives-the young man who checked me in around 4 PM was very friendly and professional, and the room itself was clean. Now for the negatives.-it advertised a restaurant which was permanently closed, the hallway on the third floor was dirty with paper debris, I could only get lukewarm water at 5:30 PM for a shower and worst of all there was a vibration and a noise in the room the sounded kind of like a motor and even made the bed shake. I was transferred to another room floor with the same problem. I do not recommend this hotel. There are many others in Waldorf that are much nicer.

I like the location and the front desk staff

I didn't like that I didn't have hot water when I came back in on my 1st night. The staff did switch my room the next day. The room that I was switched to had dog food under the desk table, dried old rice on the mantle near the microwave. There were ants and what looked like fleas on my nightstand by the bed, so I was up killing them until about 2 a.m. I slept a few hours then checked out around 5 a.m. instead of regular check out time. I did tell the front desk about the issues I had. I wish I would have taken photos but I didn't. The rooms need to be properly cleaned. I like this hotel because it's close to where my sister lives and in a great location to eateries and shopping.
