"Small but mighty "

The staff was amazing, however the hotel lacked some things. One literally being towels. There were none at the pool, and the front desk ran out. In a room that slept 4 people we were only alotted 2 towels. Also out bathroom door could not close. These as small issues with big impacts that are easily fixable for the next guest. Hopefully

You can see straight out My room door in to the hallway. The pull out chair had no covering. Meaning the couch seat was missing.

Was a bit disappointed that the tv nor WiFi worked. I also didn’t have an iron in my room and the shower had some stains there. I was only in my room to sleep and didn't feel like raising with the front desk.

"I didn’t feel like the staff cared at all"

The coffee maker in my room was dirty I took it the front desk for a new one the young lady only tried to wash it out and gave me the same exact one and it still had some white dried up Substance inside of the area where the water goes unacceptable!!!!
