Great customer service

Overall my stay was pleasant. Check in and out staff were kind, safe area, clean room and bathroom. BUT I couldn't get past the moldy and mildewy smell in my room. Main smell was coming from the bathroom, where you could even see the mold on the ceiling. (See pic) I don't think it was the AC filter. When my neighbor flushed or used the shower, I could hear dripping in the ceiling, so I'm guessing that's the issue. Family members staying on a different floor said they didn't have that issue, so must've been my room or floor (3rd floor). Other potential downsides were not a ton of TV channels and the "vending and ice room" didn't have a vending machine.

Check in went smooth the lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. I let the front desk know there was some water on the floor and she went and cleaned it up right away. I would stay here again.

Main objection was humidity in our room. Everything in the room was uncomfortably damp, including our clothes and the sheets, etc., on the bed. The hallway and other areas of the property we visited were not like that. It was so damp that it was difficult to sleep.
