J'ai apprécié le confort de la chambre, la décoration, ainsi que l'emplacement de l'hôtel, à 2 pas de la cathédrale.

Néanmoins, j'ai été très surprise de trouver un hôtel à moitié en travaux, sans que cela ait été mentionné lors de la réservation, avec notamment un hall d'accueil faisant plutôt penser à un 2 étoiles et un simili comptoir pour nous accueillir. Même pas un salon confortable pour se poser. Les espaces communs nécessitent un rafraichissement, mais visiblement cela est en cours (ou pas?). Bref, pas du tout digne de la classe d'un Mercure, et surtout pas du prix. Je n'ai absolument rien contre les travaux, bien au contraire, mais la moindre des choses est de prévenir à l'avance les clients ou de faire un geste commercial le temps des désagréments. Et le pire est que je ne suis même pas sûre que la disposition actuelle du hall soit réellement en lien avec les travaux.... Bref, pas digne d'un 4*, à part le prix.
