Be careful with SPA service. They charge additional service charge and also added double tax for that. It is against the law. if you ask they will remove it otherwise they want to try taking you from your pocket.

Location and staff were friendly and helpful

The room was not clean and smelled musty (no proper ventilation). We fell sick and had an allergy attack because of the original room that was allotted to us, when we asked to change our room to one with better ventilation we were told it would be an extra charge. We decided to move the other room anyway because of the ventilation problems. The staff were helpful and tried their best to make us comfortable but the property is just not clean. There were stains, hair and holes in the towels, the ventilation was really poor and we vacated the room in the early hours. We are not at all satisfied.
