Proximity to where our family gathering was. Very glad first floor room. Having a breakfast included was a plus.

There are four steps to enter hotel, no ramp so that can be challenging with back issues.

Have been coming to the Voyageur for thirty years so needless to say it’s a dated property but the staff are great, the rooms are big , clean and comfortable. Well appointed , 55” flatscreen, freezer and fridge, etc. Wi-Fi is a bit iffy though. Great breakfast buffet also if you like a traditional breakfast with delicious homemade cinnamon/carmel rolls.
