All furniture was old and mattresses were so used they were not comfortable at all. Housecleaning is every other day but we were not informed. TVs don’t function well.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Wasn’t worth the cost we paid for the room and breakfast is too expensive for what they offer There were very few channels to watch on the tv mostly news stations.

"Incredible Staff!"

Had a challenge with the reservation and spoke to Kim who helped me and was so friendly! We love to stay here when we travel to Erie, location is central to everything we need! Can’t wait to stay again, especially in the summer months when we can easily hit the lake or shop at the mall!
