SpringHill Suites by Marriott Las Vegas Convention Center

Beds were very firm. Pillows were awfully thin, not enough towels, very limited options for gluten and dairy free food.

Location was good

Staff were very rude and looked like they didn’t like their job. Very short when you talk to them. I am also missing my air pods that were on the nightstand. Housekeeping came in when we were gone and my air pods went missing. Front desk said they would call me if they were found. Not pointing fingers but it seems fishy they were there when I left and gone when I came back….

The room was absolutely amazing!

First of all, I only came to Vegas because I bought back up tickets to the WNBA game just in case the Aces didn’t win the game I was to attend in Phoenix. I could not help what time the airlines got me there( it was either 3 hours early before check in or about 11 pm that night). The staff at the front desk was much to be desired! He was rude, uncaring and perhaps a little power struck. I asked if I could check in early he said no. Usually you can pay extra to check in at some hotels but he even reiterated that it was against policy. I am also disabled and had no desire or ability to walk to the strip. I sat for 3 hours directly in his eyesight and at no time was my room ready…I guess. So I’m in pain, exhausted and hungry and could’ve paid for an uber and eventually did order food . but I was too exhausted and in pain to go anywhere. I needed rest! So I sat! He did give me a manual wheelchair but who’s going rolling all the way in the heat to any part of Vegas pushing those wheels under these conditions? The hotel didn’t seem to be that busy where the rooms weren’t ready early. He was a professional butt with no courtesy. And he wasn’t too kind to the other staff either! I admired his trying to be professional but when you have no compassion for the customer and those around…professionalism means nothing! I’d rather have a robot serving me! Upon checking out of this hotel this same guy was seeming to be having an altercation with another unsatisfied customer!!! Breakfast was not good. It had no choices. Though the rooms were exceptional…my experience was at least 6 times worse than my stay at the SpringHill Suites in Phoenix the night before!!!!

Breakfast was very average no bar no gym no pool for some reason Asked for a Co late checkout was offered one hr Cost of room over 390 per night

Shit hotel

The rooms were clean and well maintained, the hotel had a nice modern feel and a fantastic rooftop pool. Which had fantastic views of the strip and the sphere. It was nice to stay a few blocks back from the strip as it wasn’t as noisy and busy. A great place for a few days stay in Vegas.

Rude staff. Poor location far from strip. High parking charge for guests and poor communication regarding parking.

sorry, all the motels we stayed at are blending together but they were all comfortable. A station for the monorail was across the road & upstairs inside Westgate Casino.

Huge room sizes, all facilities you would need within the room are available. Adequate breakfast included. Good location (just further up the strip but not a problem!). Great view of the sphere right outside the room! Fantastic value for money.

Gym was extremely basic.
