The front desk staff were kind and attempted to answer concerns.

Our family had rented two rooms, neither were acceptable due to utter filth and non functioning or dangerous essentials. One room had poor to no lighting, garbage, etc. The other had a microwave that sparked heavily when on and questionable sheets. I requested a refund and was told only alternative rooms could be offered. The alternative room may have actually been the worst in terms of cleanliness. Specifically, the sheets had obviously not been changed and likely frequented by many...and there were visible hand prints over the headboards.

Moldy room, sink and shower drain clogged, everything in room felt damp.

The water for the showers got good and hot. Staff was nice upon check in. Quick and convenient to shops and food.

The hot tub was broke, the carpets were nasty and needed to be cleaned. The bed was very uncomfortable, it was sucken in, the rooms over all was not clean. Breakfast was horrible and very slim. Would not recommend and would not stay there again
