Un’esperienza davvero indimenticabile. Io e mia moglie ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Le suite sono bellissime, ampie, curate e pulite. La zona SPA e le piscine sono stupende e permettono di trascorrere ore di totale relax. Anche i massaggi e i vari trattamenti sono stati molto piacevoli, rigeneranti per mente e corpo. La vista dall’alto sul lago e sui monti, che si può ammirare da diversi punti del resort, è semplicemente unica e indimenticabile. Ottima anche la colazione, così come i due ristoranti, che offrono piatti gustosi e ben preparati. Un ringraziamento particolare va a tutto lo staff: professionale, gentile e sempre disponibile. In Italia è sicuramente uno dei posti che consiglio di visitare almeno una volta nella vita. Un soggiorno davvero speciale.

Tutto veramente incredibile, mi sono sentita davvero coccolata. Stupendo!

Allora il personale a volte risultava poco professionale e poco attento ai dettagli cosa che assolutamente non mi aspetto da un hotel 5 stelle.
