Close to Helen, but in a quiet area. Beds on raised metal frames but surprisingly comfortable. Large fridge in room. Breakfast was basic and good.

The location was ok.

The pool was not open 😒 The breakfast area was so small and very inefficient.

The front desk staff was completely incompetent and showed no initiative in resolving problems or accommodating guest requests. The room initially assigned to me had a strong cigarette odor. I requested a room change, but it took three separate attempts with the front desk before any action was taken. The issue was only resolved after I repeatedly insisted that they contact the manager, who was not present at the hotel. Once they finally reached him, the room change was approved within 10 seconds. As a result, it took us more than an hour before we were finally able to access our room. Additionally, I was incorrectly charged a pet fee at check-out. This added further inconvenience to an already disappointing experience. The outdoor areas were poorly maintained, with spider webs everywhere and cigarette butts scattered throughout designated non-smoking areas. Inside the room, I found several insects, including spiders, mosquitoes, and even a wasp. The swimming pool contained so many chemicals that it was impossible to see the bottom. This hotel is clearly in need of professional pest control and much better maintenance of its outdoor areas.
