"Our stay was awsome thanks to Bri and Hampton Inns."

I booked 2 rooms, and when I arrived, only one room had been booked. Thanks to Bri, the desk host, I was able to procure another room at the same rate. She explained the mix-up was due to Booking.com.

Arriving at the Hotel and finding out Booking.com screwed up my reservation. People had to stand in line waiting until the problem was solved. Thanks to Bri and Hampton Inns. And no thanks to Booking.com.

"Very clean!"

Airport shuttles

Poor communications with shuttle driver left us waiting at car rental return for near an hour! Dark room made it hard to pack & unpack. Need some overhead lights.
