Fairfield Inn & Suites Kingsland

Staff was very accommodating! Highlight was that hot coffee was ready when we left at 4am! In all of our years traveling, I think that is the first time that has happened! Thank you!

Stains on carpet

Disgusting toilet and shower. We didn’t even shower there the shower looked so gross. I wouldn’t put my kids in it. White crusty stuff all over the shower head. Toilet was dirty with old poop when we got there.

It was nice that it wasn’t on the main road. So you didn’t hear the road noise.

Well the furniture was in bad shape and there was a large stain on the carpet, the front desk person, mad a comment that they are starting to renovate the place soon.

The front desk staff were quick and efficient, kind and courteous.. The bed was comfortable as was the rest of the room. Breakfast was well appointed with plenty of options and a clean and comfortable eating area to accommodate many guests at once.

The room and hall had a weird smell and the bathroom had mold along the top of the walls from poor ventilation. The bathroom itself was spacious and but just lacked overall cleanliness.
