Bathroom could have been cleaned better. Splotches of paint on the bathroom door. Broken tiles on the floor. Bed was awful.

I searched your site for pet friendly hotel. Was no info about a deposit. Chose this hotel. Got there and got charged 100. For non refundable pet deposit. (Fee). No manager to talk to and booking reservation was also non refundable. So I paid 119. For my 4lb. Pet to sleep and 94. For me to lay there and toss and turn because I was upset. Arrived at 1130 and left upset at 5am.

Old hotel. Excellent choice if you want a full kitchen. Marriot arrive in a very old facility. Updated furniture. Not bad.

Everything was fine.

Rooms were nice, beds were very comfortable, clean bathrooms with nice linens. Good selection of programs on good quality TV’s. Breakfast choices varied each day and were hot and always lots of food available when I arrived for breakfast. In room coffee is great, something I look for in a hotel. The hotel is quiet, has a nice eating and reception area. Fridges seemed to run a lot which made it hard to sleep. Front desk personnel were polite and responded well to a few calls I had to make. Fair rate for the room and enjoyed having the breakfast each morning. Thank you.

After we went to bed, there was a strong smell of something burning. The rooms quickly filled with the burning smell. Maintenance quickly came up abd acknowledged the smell. He sprayed some room spray to mask the smell. The source of the smell was never discovered and it was assumed the smell was coming from someone cooking? The hotel manager (via phone) offered a one bed room and a sofa bed in exchange for the 2 bedroom that we had reserved. There were 3 of us and we are not young and not able to sleep on a sofa bed. The "manager" said that this offer was the best they could do. At 930pm, we took the refund and drive 6 hours home. I looked on the hotel site map and it showed 9+ available rooms that they were not willing to offer. This was honestly the worst customer service i think i have ever experienced. The front desk person and Maintenance man were both very nice and helpful. The manager who was not onsite was an easy no when it comes to customer satisfaction.
