Did online precheckin but still had to wait in long line to get our room key. The tv in our room did not work and had to wait for the front desk person to come fix it. The breakfast food was all cold even the hot water for tea was only luke warm.

Stayed here after we lost power during Hurricane Milton. Hotel staff was great, breakfast was delicious, room was clean. Would stay here again
