My room was not cleaned. My kids found a shoe and plastic bag underneath the bed. Fingers crossed it wasn’t a rat sh*t in the bed

Stayed in room 224. The room was infested with bed bugs that contaminated all of our belongings. The housekeeping never changed the sheets or made the beds during our stay, so the bed bug problem persisted. The most they did was take out the trash and leave towels one day. Other residents on other side of second floor complained of bed bugs during our stay as well, it’s likely the entire floor is infested. Won’t be staying here again.

We booked online and it said it was pet friendly and when we got there, there was a rude male manager that told us we weren’t allowed to have a dog as to when we checked in the lady at the desk saw my dog and never said a word plus the fact that I purposely booked a pet friendly hotel. So it was just startling and a little upsetting.
