Rodeway Inn Beaumont

Needs updated. Didn’t feel good at all

My iPad only functioned outside my room and @ the office, avoid room #109, the utility room is next door and the water heaters are against the bathroom wall and make noise. The room was clean enough, no insects. No complaints about the staff,Karen was helpful.

Car got broken into . Got blamed for damages that were already there before we arrived . Pit bulls aren’t allowed what so ever . Let’s make our guest pay for damages we clearly did or had every reason to blame it on some one .

Room had a bad odor.

Didn’t have a smoke alarm, just wires hanging from the ceiling. Baseboards haven’t been painted in years. Walls needed patching and painting

Room is in disrepair, smoke detector not there just wires hanging from ceiling. Ref still had food from previous people. Needs painting. Have to have one good thing to say, the staff is very friendly. NO BREAKFAST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. There must be a better place to stay in Beaumont.

Roadway Inn Corp. used to have a higher standard. This place had holes in drywall, needed paint, had a coffeemaker but didn't have cups, the ceiling vent in the bathroom was hanging 1/2 way down. The sign in the lobby said no refunds, so we had no choice to leave.
