Dated. It's not dirty. Its also not nice. There wasn't one thing that wasn't in need of a repair. If you want new and modern. This aint it. If you want luxury? This aint it. If you want to visit Pompano beach on a budget? Sure. Plus side? It is on the beach.

The location and pool area is amazing.

Room furniture is a bit old.

This property is cute quaint old Florida. Absolutely adorable. Best staff ever. We had most wonderful weekend. If you are looking for a cute quiet old Florida on the beach feel, this is the place for you.

Dirty floor, dilapidated, not updated, Salvation Army furniture. Positive is right on the beach.

Staff was friendly, location was good.

The property was in shambles. There was clutter everywhere. Our room was disappointing . Was very dirty. Ground floor room with windows that didn't lock. They were missing the lock. Stove didn't work. Toilet handle broken and jagged. The walkway leading to our room was covered with debris from construction at hotel. We had a large amount of wood, paint cans and other items around our tiki table making it unusable. There was a power washer right outside our door running loudly . We didn't feel safe leaving our valuables in a room that we couldn't lock windows.

The location can't be beat and the staff were very accommodating. They cleaned the room every day which was nice although I would have like the option to opt out of cleaning if I didn't want someone in the room. I liked that we had a separate bedroom and living room. For the same price, the only thing available nearby was a studio apartment. Air conditioning was available through two window units and got fairly cold so no complaints on temperature. Just wished we had some fans for better airflow.

The facility is very old but seemed relatively clean given the age. Some of the furniture in our suite looked a little flimsy and it was all very pieced together, no real theme or decor, just a miss-mash of furniture pieces. The bed was pretty firm but not uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the free wifi. The signal went down regularly. I didn't try the paid wifi because I wasn't sure about the security of the website and thus was hesitant to enter my credit card information. I would have preferred to pay for the wifi through the booking website if possible or potentially at the front desk. If I had that option, I would have paid for it for sure.
