La Quinta by Wyndham Garland Harbor Point

It was close to Bass Pro shop and where I needed to stay

The toilet seat did not fit the toilet properly (it was smaller )and the shampoo pump in the shower did not work

La Quinta hotels seem always clean and staff accommodating.

Staff was friendly. Entrance/lobby was nice and smelled nice.

Room smelled bad. Ants in the bathtub. Bed was very hard.

That’s it was close to the lake

The AC didn’t work and that was a struggle during the night the beds were hard and for a pregnant lady was super uncomfortable

They gave me an upgrade. And I ask for the back of the Building, for noise, my room was perfect. Very nice stay. Security is good also

Did not have any issues, stay was nice

Our room was spacious and mostly comfortable. Everything was clean and there were nice supplies of soap, coffee and tissues. The bed and the pillows were comfortble. Generous breakfast arrangement. Room furniture was great.

Air conditioning could be better. The wall mounted thermostat was apparently inopperable, so the management returned the thermostatic control to the window AC. The bean counters won the argument over the engineers, and so controlling the room temperature is compromised. There was no guide for the TV channels. There are no closeby restaurants.

Nice continental breakfast. Close parking. But now I kind of understand why he had frontwork parking.

Internet was very slow.. No, t v guide did not know what channels to watch because no t v guy.. When we checked in the front office, person didn't tell us about the. Red switch, that would cut the room on that was a little. Irritating. Thought the room was quite small for the amount of money.
