Breakfast was not the best

Room was dirty when I checked in, food and garbage on the floor. Bed had a railing sticking out under the bed, hit my foot on it badly

Fire alarm went off at 5am because someone pulled it i had my disabled father with me and had to sit in the lobby for an hour you should compensate guest for the inconvenience

I did not like this location at all. Staff was very rude and while I was trying to explain my issue Joanna decided to answer her cell phone and have me wait while having a 2 min conversation on the phone. The two rooms I booked was not meet to what I paid for. Put me on the second floor when I told them at check that my niece is in a wheelchair too many stairs that we had to carry her and the wheelchair up. Claims that they were fully booked. Fire alarm was pulled early morning where we had to evacuated with a wheelchair 2 infants 3 toddlers 5 kids and 2 adults. Breakfast was disgusting and when asked to change the waffle mix staff made us wait 30 mins before giving us fresh. Eggs were not fully cooked and yogurt was outdated. Decided to go else where for breakfast.
