The Soho Hotel

Location was great. Helpful friendly staff.

Rooms need maintenance. Lighting poor.

The staff made the entire experience exceptional – they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get in even though I was arriving late and then helped me in terms of storing my luggage after I checked out. They were also fun and very enjoyable to talk to.

The bathroom was quite tight and difficult to get around in. Other than that most of the facilities were pretty good.

Fairly central. Good parking - free parking during weekend. Close to Botanic Gardens. Easy to find.

Comms around after hours key access could be clearer and sent earlier. Unit was good size but some of the hardware was wearing/tired (loose fittings, etc). Some outside noise early morning (rubbish trucks etc).

Location,, location, location. Staff were awesome, great little restaurant downstairs. Comfy. Clean. Will definitely stay again.

Would of been nice if the pool was fixed.
