awesome location, great view, spacious room

bathroom shower steamed up pretty fast and took some time to clear up, but that was the only issue really

Convenient location, that's all.

Service was non existent. There are no staff after 7pm, therefore requesting something as simple as some towels won't happen. I called the front desk after 7pm and was transferred to a head office interstate. They said they could only help after 7am the next day as there are no staff on site. That, and the lack of lighting within the room. The location is in the CBD but that's the only thing. Give this place a miss!
