"We ended up leaving after the first night."

Upon arriving on Thanksgiving evening, the first staff member was not very welcoming to us, but wasn’t mean either. He checked us in and seemed to disappear to the back for the rest of the evening. However, the staff member that I spoke with the next morning was very accommodating and hospitable, and helped me figure out how we could save our weekend after a very uncomfortable first night.

The room was minimally clean and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Felt like we were sleeping on a portable fold-away bed. Breakfast was terrible.

The heating and cooling system in the room was horrible. It either blew cold air or was extremely hot. Also we were never told we had to pay for parking = the $10.00 just showed up on the bill.
