Hôtel Richemond

Fabulous!

We really enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff was fabulous! The location is incredible!!! The sheets and pillows were much nicer than you would normally get at this price point. The hotel is a little tired but I think they are working on remodeling a little at a time. We only had two complaints 1) the bath/shower combination was really only a bath, it didn't even have a shower curtain 2) the soundproofing is not so good, we could hear everything in the hallway and in the room next door

Very good location. Hotel is not new but pretty well maintained. Front desk is very helpful and friendly.

Well-priced independent hotel in busy mountain resort of Chamonix. The room was small with a single bed, but it did have a bath and a small balcony with fantastic views of Mont Blanc and other mountains. There was also free parking, but no free Wifi. I had to leave very early with a 4:30am checkout and the manager still offered me breakfast with a choice of items which were waiting for me when I came down to the reception - very impressive. Great hospitality.

Excellent location, and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Location couldn't be better. Parking was free and behind the hotel. Room (single bed) was OK but seemed old, including the bathroom, but it was acceptable. Did have a TV and big window. Breakfast was good...lots of choices.

Kind and good location

Great location in center of Chamonix. Incredible views up to Mt Blanc from breakfast room. Amazingly comfortable bed. Breakfast has excellent coffee, pastries and even eggs.

Fabulous hotel - elegant and great atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff also.

Centrally located, the hotel is old but has a nice character and charm. The staff are all really nice. Only slight negative was that bathroom had a bath but no shower. However maybe that was just for that (twin) room. I would stay there again.
