Access to restaurant and no View from restaurant. Restaurant should be on terrace which has a superb view

The history and architecture of this grand Hotel is mesmerising from the moment you walk in. There is an elegance and charm staying in a hotel like this, giving it the added warmth and delight that goes with staying in a beautiful place like Matera. I did not want to leave, having had such a fantastic stay in my suite, with its location, stunning views, and lovely staff that made it truly a marvellous experience. I also wish to give a special compliment to the staff member Asia (hope I am pronouncing the name correctly). Upon my arrival, she was extremely polite and professional, gave me a brief tour and story of the hotel, and provided a lovely hospitality that make these stays a memorable experience to treasure. Please ensure my compliments are passed to her.
