The location of Palazzo Gattini is excellent. The rooms are lovely and extremely clean. We especially appreciated Lucia's professionalism and attention to detail with a complicated double booking we had in error..

The interiors, carved into Matera’s characteristic stone, create a warm and unforgettable atmosphere, where historic architecture blends beautifully with contemporary design. Our room was spacious, quiet, and tastefully furnished, with a breathtaking view over the Sassi that made waking up each morning something special. The service was exceptional. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and ready with helpful suggestions about local sights, restaurants, and activities—making our short stop in Matera feel perfectly curated within our wider Puglia itinerary. Our unfortunately brief stay was outstanding, I would like to commend the staff for their impeccable service, not only did they give us guidance on how to visit Matera and explain the history of the hotel, but they upgraded us to a beautiful suite facing the Duomo. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

Achei o café da manhã aquém em que pese muito gostoso. Tenho restrições alimentares e não me ofereceram opções. O ar condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando.
