Pickalbatros Aqua Vista Resort - Hurghada

Since 4 years I started to try Albatross hotels every year I try a new hotel in different cities in Egypt and every time I’m amazed with what I’m seeing and experiencing, this year I visited Aqua Vista Hurghada with my family and honestly the least I can say that it was one of my happiest vacations ever, everything was amazing since the moment I stepped inside the hotel to this moment while I’m packing my luggage and preparing myself to checkout, staff 10/10 rooms 10/10 food 10/10 entertainment 10/10 aqua park 10/10 cleanness 10/10 beach 10/10 A very big thanks to each and everyone who helped to make this hotel appear in that amazing position and defiantly I will keep visiting new hotels of the group more and more thanks you again from me and from my family, you are the best really ❤️❤️

Our stay at Albatros Aqua Vista was absolutely amazing, especially traveling as a family. Staying here gives you the perfect balance—the hotel itself is a bit quieter, but you get full access to the massive slides and kids' pools at the sister resorts next door. The aqua park was super exciting for both the adults and the kids, and the pools having multiple depths was an extra bonus for safety and fun. The hotel services in general are amazing. A special, massive thanks to Mr. Abdulrahman at reception who was incredibly helpful right from the start. We stayed in Building 3, and the housekeeping there was outstanding. The lifeguards everywhere were very active, alert, and highly cooperative, which gave us great peace of mind. The food variety was a major highlight. Thanks to the multi-buffet system, dining never got boring. We preferred having our breakfasts and dinners at the Tagine restaurant. The chefs are incredible—special thanks to Mr. Mohammed Abdulfattah, along with Chefs Ehab, Eslam, and Ahmed. Also, Mr. Fawzy from the service team was amazing and made our dining experience wonderful. The food from the live grill was delicious, but the absolute cherry on top was the bakery buffet—it is freakin' amazing and super delicious! For lunch, we just grabbed snacks at the aqua park or beach because we were always so full. During the daytime, the animation team did a great job with the foam parties, pool parties, and kids' parties. Another massive plus was the amusement park and VR area. It was a great extra that we didn’t expect to enjoy so much, and it successfully filled our evenings with fun!

Night Entertainment: While daytime activities were great, the night animation and themes were a bit vague. We never really had a clue what show was going to take place or how long it would last. The night shows in general could definitely be improved. Drink Variety: The variety of non-alcoholic cocktails could be better. We could really only find Mojitos and basic juice cocktails. Coffee Quality: The coffee brand used could be upgraded. It leaves a bit of an aftertaste, though it wasn't annoying enough to ruin the stay.

A családi szoba hatalmas volt, es nagyon kényelmes. Nagyon finomak voltak az ételek, szuperek a medencék, és hogy három hotel éttermeit és medencét lehet használni fantasztikus. A gyerekek imádták az ingyenes vidámarkot a hotel előtt. Legközelebb is visszatérünk.

1- The rooms have many things that need maintenance. 2- Poor treatment, unlike what happened in pickalbatros jungle From the warmth of the welcome 3-The food quality was different than before. I don't know if the chef has changed. 4-There are no services on the beach, and if you want to drink water, you have to walk a distance to the restaurant designated for hotel guests. However, the beach was sandy, paved, and had nice benches.
