Staff is very helpful and welcoming. We had one small issue and the quickly resolved it. The manager came by my room to see if we were comfortable, and gave us breakfast vouchers.

Bathrooms could be a little cleaner, there was a lot of hair all over the place, floor needed to be swept.

"Excellent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Dover"

What a wonderful place to stay. I felt like I was take care of by family, and not at a hotel. From the front desk, to the bar, to dinner and breakfast the next day, the staff exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, and the homemade banana bread at breakfast was incredible! I often stay in this area and have tried many different hotels. I'm happy to say I am now sticking with this one. In addition, the room was clean and comfy, and provided a good night's sleep.
