I really enjoyed my stay at the Palace Hotel Guayaquil and can highly recommend it. It’s fresh and clean, the beds are comfortable, and it’s not noisy even though it’s located downtown. The breakfast is good. The restaurant also has a good reputation in the city, especially for its special lemonade. I’d say the hotel deserves the name “Palace” not because of its interior, but because of the people who work there. Someone is doing a wonderful job hiring and training the staff. Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. 5+ for service. Special thanks to Christian, who was extremely responsive and helped me organize my trip. The hotel has an excellent location: a multi-story shopping mall is just across the street, and there is a large supermarket on the corner as well. Guayaquil is one of the best places in Ecuador for shopping—the balance of prices and quality is amazing compared to the USA, Europe, and Russia.

Este hotel está en el centro. Llegamos con hambre y, en cuanto hicimos los arreglos, nos sentamos a comer en el restaurante. El lugar está justo a pie de calle y la comida es excelente. Después dimos un pequeño paseo por la ciudad. Fuimos al río, que está muy cerca. Por la mañana disfrutamos de un desayuno impresionante y delicioso. La habitation era cómoda y limpia.
