Excellent service from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast staff everyone was friendly and helpful. the room were clean and well-kept and pillows were the best we have ever had in a hotel. We will stay again

Nada en realidad, tuve que optar por este hotel por que al que voy habitualmente no tenía disponibilidad.

A pesar de que muy amablemente me ofrecieron un upgrade, la habitación tenía mucho olor a humedad. Por la tarifa pagada, existen hoteles cercanos que preservan mejor las habitaciones, cuentan con mejores servicios e instalaciones, las áreas son más amplias, los amenities de baño no se deben solicitar y no son pagados. El desayuno buffet es muy limitado. El personal del restaurante en la noche, parecía no tener ganas de atender a los huéspedes.

Realmente el desayuno esta muy muy malo......ha mermado bastante......en otras ocasiones era mas variado....

El Hotel tiene olor a humedad, no se aprecia limpieza en las alfombras...deben limpiar...
