Me and family always love to stay in this hotel. The swimming pool is great! The spa was excellent! Wanda the spa therapist was amazing. I had an evening massage and enjoyed every minute of it. I’ll definitely come back again.

I had stayed here in 2022 and had said that I will not stay here again but since Novotel was full. They asked me to stay at Ibis. I was surprised because this time the rooms were clean. Bed linen and towels were fresh. The sink didn't choke. The rooms and toilet had fresh smell. The receptionists were welcoming.

1. I stayed in 1039 2. The door to the shower cubicle couldn't close as the rubber lining was broken. 3. The restaurant didn't serve vegetarian food. I requested for French Fries the waiter said that I have to buy it as a package with Chicken. It is unfortunate that the restaurant isn't helpful at all. Ideally the person could have discussed it with the Chef and made it on special request basis. This is the difference I have seen here and my home country. Here it is Tidak Tahu or Tidak bisa. My home country they will go out of the way to help and make it comfortable.
