"It is decent for Sun Peaks. Still the best choice to stay here. But can be much better with more care and attention."

Facility Comfort bed Kitchen

Buffet breakfast can be better if the hotel adds more choices, or differentiate a bit day by day. Room is not cleaned well. There was a lot of dog hair on the floor, under the table and the chairs...

Over priced, needs updating. Bathroom shower head broken; Hot Tubs not working, and not enough chairs around the pool (July’25). Great location and large sized rooms - that’s about it.

It was great place to stay for a few days. We stay places based on the pool and the picture of the pool was deceptive. It looked like we could swim laps and it was not big enough to do so.

Everything was great, except when my daughter broke her arm and didn’t want to share the pull out couch with her sister, they wouldn’t give us an extra cot because of “safety” reasons. So she had to sleep on the floor.

"Love Sun Peaks"

A little confusing between directions to our suite in Residence rather than hotel. Would be easier to check in at Residence area for sure.
