Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The man that checked us in was very friendly and personable. The room we had was great. I would have

We called the lady at the desk around 9:10 am to see if we could still eat breakfast. She said breakfast was over at 9 am. We asked if there was still food left and if we could come down. She hung up on us. Very rude. So, we got our car loaded to leave and I went to the desk to leave the door keys. I asked for a receipt. She said couldn’t give me a receipt. Said I used the card and that I had to go through them to get that.

Check-in was simple and easy. Rooms were clean. We LOVED that they were pet-friendly.

There were TV channels listed, but they weren't available for some reason. Pricing was a little bit on the higher side in the area.

"Ok stay"

Breakfast was ok.

It was awful the first night because we could hear the door slamming shut on the exterior. It kept us up all night and it shook the walls. The bathroom was gross. Just simple touch ups like replacing the caulking and bleach would go a long way. When we complained about the door they didn’t want to do anything. But they finally propped the door open so it didn’t slam shut. Walls are paper thin. Beds were uncomfortable. Overall hotel needs updating it feels dark and dreary.
