We didn’t have hot water in our room. The couch bed was super uncomfortable.

I thought the entire facility was clean and eye appealing

I did not like that check in was at 3pm and I could not get into my room until 3:30/ 3:45 due to it not being cleaned upon my arrival, although I understand staffing and busy days, I was just ready to unwind after a long drive.

Location, staff, setup of facilities.

Breakfast was HORRIBLE. Lighting in room was NOT good enough to even read at bedside. Toilet had cheap set and cover. Room was cramped and too small.

Fire alarm at 2:30 am, by 4:30 am the alarm lights were still flashing. Employee said they were working on it. Due to my daughter's medical needs, we left at 4:30 am. Did not get breakfast. TV didn't work.

The staff was very friendly. The pool was warm and open. The property was in fair shape.

The shower faucet was almost falling off. There were water stains in the tub and toilet. The beds were not very comfortable. The tv barely functioned. The breakfast was not good.

The room was nice and clean, the staff was very pleasant. Continental breakfast was great.

The first night we stayed was Not good at all. We were extremely tired after driving all day to Olathe, KS from California. This day being the last leg of a 2 night and 3 day drive, not being able to stay with family as they were all full of guests gearing up for Christmas, moving to the area and driving with kids, animals and our new home wasn't ready for us to move in, we were exhausted. After finally eating dinner and winding down, getting settled in and finally falling asleep after the horrible trip out and disappointing news about the house, we were woke up at 1230 am by the FIRE ALARM AND STROBE LIGHTS. There was no direction from staff and explanation as to what to do. After wondering around the lobby for 30 minutes and taking my dogs for another walk in the cold, and trusting that it was safe to sleep again, we went back to bed after settling down Again!!! Not being able to extend our stay through the holiday, per staff, and trough breakfast room rumors we found out that someone on the 3rd floor pulled the fire alarm. We were never apologized to or offended a discount, or even explained what to do in the emergency process or offered any explanation at all. So, overall facility good, staff in the breakfast room very friendly, front desk staff aloof, and customer service satisfaction not good 😐. Overall experience is 2 stars.

Cockroach sited, gross stained bed with no mattress protector, heat wouldn’t turn off and we were by the stairs so the door kept slamming. When brought to the front desks attention he stated that he’d have to wait until a manager came in and they would give us a call. He would not call anyone to speak with us before we left. Room 327. Cost $111.
