Perfect place to relax!

Its was dirty. Staff was out smoking as you walked in the door. I do not smoke. Then said hi. I went in and he finished his cigarette before coming in to help.

Cleanliness or lack of.

The location was nice, but there was a lot of interstate noise from I-5. The incoming staff was a bit interesting. We were informed when asking about room service (restocking supplies, kleenex tissues, toilet paper and towels, and washcloths), and I quote, " This isn't the Astoria." I believe the question may have been a bit confusing but didn't require such a snarky response. The staff did a great job of keeping the trash emptied and washcloths and towels stocked. However, here at The Astoria, don't expect any tissues in your suite, nor the floor swept very often. There is no breakfast options other than vending machines. Was a bit noisy from adjacent rooms and not too keen on the adjoining room doors where pets are staying. We have stayed here a couple of other times, and everything was about the same, except the snarky response. Over all I would give them a 7.5/10.

They seem to be declining on cleanliness.

Felt unclean and dated

There were bags available for my pets waste and lots of trash cans around to dispose of such waste. The motel as easy to find & well lit. The ice machines worked so that was nice. The staff patrolled the property hourly.

There’s a fair amount of transients around, not the motels fault or problem.
