Auch mit neuer Leitung besticht das Haus immer noch durch den Mix an klassischer u moderner Architektur sowie der guten Infrastruktur.

Die 2x belastete Kaution über den vereinbarten Zimmerpreis hinaus und dies ohne Erklärung beim Nachfragen Checkin. Die Gutschrift musste via Reklamation eingefordert werden u erfolgte 3 Tage nach Abreise ohne Wochenende. Ebenso erfolgte bei der Überschwemmung im Bad nach Baden in der Badewanne mit Leck keine Gutschrift in Form von Getränk oder Sorry beim Checkout. Preis/Leistung/Service war unter der alten Leitung bei unseren 6 Aufenthalten besser

Ich war über meinem Geburtstag da, was mich gefreut hat über einen Kleinen Kochen und Karte. Das war eine angenehme Überraschung. Am freundlichsten war der Frühstückskoch, der die Eierspeisen zubereitet hat. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen wieder!
