Propreté, petite salle de sport minimaliste mais suffisante et possibilité d'aller à celle d un autre hôtel.

On 2 occasions staff walked into the room to clean without knocking.

Durch geschlossene Fenster sehr laut. Klimaanlage, bei 32 Grad nötig und offene Fenster zu laut, hat laute Geräusche gemacht. Frühstück war kaum Auswahl vorhanden und eigentlich warme Speisen, wie Speck und rühreier waren leider kalt. Für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen.

Location was good

We were assigned a room that we believe was arguably the worst in the hotel. It overlooked a restaurant garden, which resulted in constant noise until late hours, and people were able to look directly into our room. There was also a party in the roof top which added to the noise. Furthermore, the portable air conditioning unit in the room was also quite loud and emitted a very unpleasant odor, likely from the unit itself. In addition to the issues with the room, we were unfortunately double-charged by the hotel despite having already been charged by Booking.com. We have attempted to resolve this matter by writing to the hotel, but we have not received any response. To date, we have not been compensated for this double charge.
