the room was clean and comfortable. nice breakfast included. staff very friendly and helpful.

Everything was really good here. I very well maimtained property. My only complaint os that the wifi was spotty and not very good

The hotel is on a noisy street with a late night casino on the same block. My first room was on the street level and was very loud with traffic and people. When I changed rooms, I was given an interior space with no light or windows. On the upside the staff was helpful and the breakfast was lovely, but all and all, I would not recommend the Hotel Dunn.

Esteban at reception was amazing, as well Edson, sorry if I make a mistake with his name, they are very professional. In the restaurant, Jesus the bartender very friendly and professional, Fanny the server, great too. In general not a single complaint. Every employee we contacted or ask question was very nice. Totally recommend this hotel and I will return again. Thanks for everything. Pura Vida !!!!

Such a cute unique hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the location being not quite as busy and chaotic as other parts of San Jose.

I have been staying for years at the Dunn Inn when I am in San Jose. It's a great location with a lot of history.

Room was very clean. Shower was hot, but temperature surged. I would stay her again. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was appreciated

We stayed here twice, once in May 2023 and once in June. This hotel is excellent value, the rooms are nice, and the staff were extremely accommodating when we had to change the dates of our second stay because of Covid. Highly recommended!

I love it but miss the old menu at the restaurant

We enjoyed are quick overnight stay. The staff were very nice and super helpful with coordinating our pick up service.
