I recently had a wonderful experience at Royal Plaza. The ambiance and facilities were top-notch, but what truly stood out was the service. A special thanks to NANDAN and SUBASH for their incredible hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and handled every request with a professional and friendly attitude. It’s the staff that makes a place great, and these two are a huge asset to the team. Highly recommended!

Location is good. Full marks for food and service. Very personalized service during lunch and in conference hall service by Mr. Nandan & Subhash is very impressive. They are certainly asset to the Hotel.

Close to Connaught place - good security

Key card automatically deactivated everyday. WiFi did not work even though we asked the front desk many times to fix it. New rules popped up all the time, there is a charge for utensils to be sent to the room, outside food is not allowed, the pool was closed. Worst of all, we were asked to switch rooms halfway through our stay and were shifted to a worse floor and the room was in poor condition. One inconvenience is okay, but multiple? And no offer to help improve these problems? Unacceptable.

Hotel interiors , lift facility, staff approach...very friendly and cooperative.....

Restaurant menu prices are too high.... Ice buckets are chargeable which I think should be free of cost....many 4/5 star hotels don't charge... Otherwise it's a beautiful property.
