Room had an odor that gave me headache. Checked out with in 2 hours of checking. The Hotel refused to give me any kind of refund and I had booked for 5 nights at a cost of $$795.55 lost all that money. Then book at different place to stay, Saratoga Casino Hotel. Absolutely perfect clean no offensive smell. Booking.com did nothing to assist me in obtaining a refund from Roosevelt Inn. I will never book through again.

Super simple and friendly check in. Location was easy to get in and out of for travel, well lit and beautiful lawn. Rooms were easy to navigate to, parking was accessible and the room was plenty spacious. Overall very clean and welcoming room atmosphere.

My only complaint about my stay was a few missed trash items in the room or in the balcony area from previous guest, nothing major and as a housekeeper I understand how it could've been missed.

Very clean well kept ! I do not enjoy seeing the dirty linen bins parked at hotel entry and we stayed two nights and both nights the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night . Nobody came to check we had no idea if we should evacuate we should have received a refund .

Tv should be moved so it can be watched from the bed

The location. The hot tub was working and a good size.The room was great, clean , large and even a small balcony. The bathroom was big.

It was a little outdated. The breakfast was not so good. I mean it's included in the price , but didn't have a very good choice and very small place to sit and eat.
