The host was very nice and lovely, showed around the building and all the amenities and gave great information about the area and food recommendations. The room was spacious and clean. The location to explore Auckland might not be the best, but given where I needed to be early next morning it worked really well.

Nothing bad to say. Especially for a price you pay it’s pretty good option if you’re not bothered about not being right at the city centre

Friendly staff, modern accommodations and good location

Poor lighting in the main room over the table, one light not working . Hard to find and get access to the car park

Liked location room clean and comfortable. Was able to reserve parking space . Reception staff welcoming and accommodating.

Everything good. There was an issue collecting keys from lock box which was resolved. It would have been helpful for first admin person to have stayed on line until sure we had keys. Small issue and all good with next call
