"Smoothest check in process I’ve ever had with the most welcoming front desk team"

The operators were excellent and very welcoming. I had a few minutes to drop my bag at reception and they had offered to deliver it to my room. Such a small thing which has made Quest Parnell stand out.

Very convenient in the Parnell superb of Auckland and very close to the bus stop just around the corner. Also there were plenty of eateries and cafes within close walking distance.
