PRince Residence Apartments

This property is more like an actual apartment than a hotel. Don't expect hotel amenities like breakfast buffet, 24 hour staff, et cetera. Despite that, the property rooms are clean, spacious, warm and inviting. Even though the staff is only available at limited times/days, they are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Overall, a great place at a good price.

the only room that was rather descent was the one in the garden.The location was quite good only 10 minutes walk from the old town of Bucharest .

Serious issue with the safety & security . The front door was always open (no lock ) which means that anybody could enter the building any time of the day regardless if was a tenant or not . During our stay a homeless person found to be sleeping outside of the door of my room which was located at the third floor. We have called the owner who was rather bored to solve the issue and at last at midnight the police was called. We were terriffied and unable to get our stuff from the room. I was forced to stay with my other frineds who were located at the garden room .We were told by the owner that we will be notified after the police visit but no one ever called not even to apologize or check upon us if everything is fine . The owner did not even came at the morning of our departure to see us . Moreover note that Elevator was inoperative, which means that we had to carry our luggage on the third floor. It was not mentioned anywhere . Regarding the room of the third floor the shower was cover in mould and in the garden room the drains were smelling awfull. Lastly , note that no Wi fi is available even if it says so.

Good location and price

Door was not closing properly and it was a bit messy
