Days Inn by Wyndham Bridgewater Conference Center

I am 65 and my friend is 73. We were never told that there was no elevator for your building. We asked for a first-floor room. They told us none were available in a very unfriendly tone. They watched us struggle with appathy as we hauled our luggage up those stairs. Even an elderly GENTLEMEN offered to help. The next morning at check out I overheard a woman say she happened to find this place that night and she got a first-floor room. Hmm. Not impressed.

First room still had previous guests clothing in dresser. Staff was unprofessional,but provided another room. Was advised by front desk night staff that I was not entitled to a parking spot. She rudely stated that she " would move her car" so I could park..She was parked on handicap parking,and did not have handicap plates/ placard. I Do have one. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE in my life. UNACCEPTABLE.

The staff was fabulous during our stay. Its not a 5 stat hotel but it serves its purpose. We stay here whenever we come to Bridgewater. Good location and quiet.

The hotel is in a great location. The wifi was good. There was a nice variety of items for breakfast. Room was very comfortable.

There is no elevator and some may find the stairs challenging. I was not impressed to have to put a $100.00 extra security charge on my credit card.

Grosse Zimmer, komfortabel eingerichtet.
