Casa Valeria Boutique Hotel

The staff had misplaced my booking! Imagine arriving in a foreign country only to find that there were no rooms for you. The staff told us many inaccurate things - the manager was not on the premises and staff wouldn’t contact him on the phone even though I insisted - and finally booked us into another hotel which was super seedy and cheap. It was a really terrible experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. There has been no apology till this minute. Overall, I wouldn’t trust this hotel for a minute. (The only good thing was the nice bartender lady who made us a delicious smoothie.)

Situated between playa Alice and playa Sosua and near many restaurants makes this a dream place to stay. The staff is some of the friendly people I have ever met. The restaurant service a nice mixture of items an a complimentary breakfast was included. Noise from the road was the only problem you will deal with.

Helles freundliches Zimmer mit Balkon.

Zimmer konnte nicht richtig abgedunkelt werden, somit ist man sehr früh wach geworden. Frühstück hat sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen aufgrund der fehlenden Organisation.

Large balcony with view to the patio. Breakfast served was great; plus guests could choose from several types of breakfast - everyone should find sth suitable according to ones preferences. Room was clean, bed comfy and shower had hot water.
