"Nice hotel, nice view, friendly and quiet"

It was a good stay. View was very nice. Hotel room didn't include shower which was a bit annoying. Staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Would come here again, be prepared for some mountain goating however.

"Great stay. "

Pleasant stay here, room was clean and good breakfast. Hotel location is perfect, just 5 minutes away from Patong or Kren beach, via scooter that you can pick up at the front desk for 300 THB for 24h.

"Don't Bother"

We were disapointed with this place. We booked for 3 people and on the reservetion it was said like this. But in the room there was just one double bed. We had to paid en extra 800 bath per night for en extra bed. I have never seen that before. If you book for 3 persons it has to have beds for 3 persons... don't you think? Secret ciff is far from everything...

"Okay hotel, some flaws"

Overall a good hotel, this would be a 5 star rating if the following items were resolved. The hotel is located a taxi ride for 300 Baht (for 3 people) from nearby Patong and Karon, though the hotel offers infrequent free rides to both (a couple of times a day). When we arrived, we realised we left something in the vehicle that dropped us off, prompting us to try and locate the vehicle: long story short, the staff were unhelpful when we were trying to find them - they even charged us 120 Baht to use their phone when we were clearly in distress. The room is clean and nice, though the air conditioning was struggling to keep a reasonable temperature. A power cut occurred for several hours during our stay, making for a sleepless hot night. Three of us stayed for 3 nights - and it coats extra to have 3 than 2 - but the hotel didn't provide 3 of everything (cups, glasses, tea, coffee) so it's unclear why they'd charge more.
