The price typically provides good value. However, in this case, we are doing a bell for anybody to come to a counter. And when they did come to the counter, they did bare minimum and did not direct this to any of the facilities which are in really weird places in that building. You guys also have no elevator which I'm sure is because you got around it in the 1980s, but. It's an ungodly hike for a person with 2 knee injuries. Also, you had no coffee. The room was very dirty. The bed was the softest Springs I've ever had. If there was even Springs in it, they might have been more flies than it was Springs, but remarkably the hot tub did not p*** garbage out of every hole. So for what it's worth? The guy cleaning your hot tubs keep that 1. People doing the beds.There was garbage behind them.The fridge was dirty carpet in my feet.But you also have no bag for laundry.And I thought actually the security features on the door were a little lacking

What I didn't like. Was the fact that even the simplest measures were just a hot mess. You guys have windows that still open with screams that are so gross that you can't leave them. Open here's thermostat, doesn't work and there was no due in the shower. The toilet was dirty. The sink was dirty. There was a blood smear on the wall. And what I could only assume is human feces as well? And I think the real fun feature of the whole day of night was that there was not a d*** vending machine and the whole building that had a singulate item for sale. I have never seen anybody go to like that. Except for the Walmart in Traverse City during Christmas in 2014. That lady doesn't have her job.

It was quiet. The pillows and bed were very comfortable.

I chose this hotel last minute due to a death in the family but it had a good rating and I trusted the brand. My room was extremely dusty. There were stains on the lampshade and red splatters on the wall. (I did take pics) The temp outside when I arrived was below 30° yet the heater to the room wasnt even turned on. The windchill temp that night got down to 4°. There wasn't a blanket on the bed or in a drawer. The bed only had sheets and a sheet-thin green fabric top. The tub was so grimy that I had to buy gloves and disinfectant to clean it. The bathroom door did not close completely. The traffic in the hallway was average but at night, people would stand in the hallway and have very loud conversations, sometimes at 4am. They were so loud that it must have been heard at the desk which wasn't that far away. Yet nothing was done. Obviously, you cant smoke in the hotel but some guests thought it was appropriate to smoke right at the entrance. Staff did nothing to get them to move. They have full view of the entrance and those going in and out, so this made no sense to me. One time when I was leaving for the funeral and went outside, I had to use my inhaler and the people smoking finally moved away from the door. I parked in one of the few spots closest to the hallway to my room that had less snow and ice because the closest handicapped spot to it was taken. The hotel is close to the airport and essential shopping. However, I would not choose to stay here again.

Outside doors don’t lock so anybody can walk in. Room 112 door’s dead bolt doesn’t work correctly. Very annoying that they have a possible $500 charge after you check out if the room is left too dirty. Take a video before and after or stay.

I reserved for 4 nights and when i came today they stole all my belongings without contacting me.

Run down. Public areas including hallway was barely heated. Mattress was very soft, pillows flat, could see through the bedspread and no blanket provided
