Quarto mau limpo, cheio de cabelo no chao e nas toalhas, o chuveiro molhava todo o banheiro, pedi para mudar a acomodacao e ai sim ficou um pouco melhor

The staff were nice

I was unable to connect to the internet, which I needed for work. I went down to let them know I wasn't able to log in and he was unable to help. He gave me an old password but it did not work either and he gave no other alternative. The room was clean but old. The tv was old and there were not many channel choices. My room was right on the road so it was quite noisy. I had booked 3 nights but had to leave after one night due to a family emergency. I checked out early and requested a refund for the unused 2 nights but was denied.
